Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Hilliard, OH seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant who will support therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, following license requirements and ethical standards.

You will assist with exercises, ADLs, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with the care team; 0-1 years experience preferred, OTA licensure required, CPR preferred; benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match and student

Qualifications

• Must have OTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Document patients’ responses, progress, and report findings to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support continued progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
