Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support therapeutic interventions under a supervising OT in Dayton, OH. You will implement treatment plans, assist with exercises and ADL training, and document patient progress.

Must hold current OTA licensure in the state and CPR certification; 0-1 years of experience preferred. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match and student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Education: OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses: OTA licensure and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve function.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress for the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and progress strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and progress; other duties as assigned.
