Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. This full-time position offers a $5k sign-on bonus, with part-time and PRN options and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, executing treatment plans, communicating findings to residents and families, coordinating therapy schedules, and ensuring proper documentation and billing in accordance with CMS standards.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OTA licensure in practicing state(s) required.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention per scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans aligned with goals under supervision of therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and families.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Document and bill for occupational therapy services according to plan of care.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.

Educación

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy

MUST have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice
