Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care.

This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus and flexible hours. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention or treatment
• Perform treatment plans based on established goals and assist supervising therapist
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents and families
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plans and ensure proper documentation and billing of OT services
• Perform additional duties as required to effectively treat patients
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily with point-of-care documentation
