Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs routine OS, network and hardware maintenance and performance tests.
• Collaborates with process owners to analyze simple issues and report findings.
• Provides basic technical support for hardware, applications, and systems administration.
• Generates and maintains performance metrics for infrastructure systems.
• Designs and configures hardware, network, and software systems per guidelines.
• Documents solutions and shares best practices with the team.
• Works with business and development teams to understand requirements and measure processes.
• Maintains infrastructure including HMI and PLC devices.
