Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine operating system, network, and hardware maintenance and tests to ensure optimum system performance.
• Assists in root cause analysis with Engineers and Operations to resolve issues.
• Provides basic technical support for hardware, applications, network, and systems administration.
