• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine operating system, network, and hardware preventative maintenance and performance tests.
• Performs root cause analysis of simple problems and tracks and reports to manager.
• Provides basic technical support for hardware, applications, network, and systems administration.
• Generates and maintains performance and utilization metrics for infrastructure systems.
• Participates in the design and configuration of hardware, network, and software systems.
• Contributes to the knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues.
• Collaborates with business and development teams to understand requirements and communicate changes.
• Maintains infrastructure including traditional IT assets and industrial control devices (HMI/PLC).
