Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to deliver and lead OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation initiatives across industrial environments.

You will work directly with clients, prepare high-quality technical and executive deliverables, and help improve the security and resilience of industrial environments while collaborating with engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or design activities.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, gap analyses and security audits.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI and related networks.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation and secure remote access.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety and reliability.
• Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams, plan projects and manage risks and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and assets.
