Job summary

EY seeks an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to strengthen the security of industrial environments. You will deliver maturity assessments, risk analyses and architecture workstreams across OT security initiatives, collaborating with engineering and cybersecurity teams to produce clear, actionable deliverables.

You will apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and related guidance, translate findings for technical and executive audiences, and help shape security roadmaps for clients in critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, or risk analysis.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or similar guidance.
• Experience producing reports, presentations or architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, gap analyses and security audits.
• Assess ICS/OT environments including ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI and related networks.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, firewall rules and secure remote access.
• Develop OT security strategies, roadmaps, policies and reference architectures.
• Design and support implementation of OT security solutions with safety and reliability in mind.
• Lead defined workstreams, plan projects, manage risks and track budgets.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams; mentor junior staff.
