Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an OT Security Engineer to secure our operational technology networks, spanning datacenter infrastructure and related devices. You will identify cybersecurity risks, design pragmatic controls, and embed security into our operating environments.

You will partner with production engineering and vendors to raise security standards, execute penetration testing, and drive continuous improvement of our security posture across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure security in a global network environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Go, Python, C/C++) for automation and tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE are advantageous.
• Experience with operational technology networks (industrial systems, building management, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and defense in depth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks for OT networks and devices.
• Design and launch pragmatic security solutions and embed controls into operational systems.
• Lead efforts with suppliers, third parties, and internal teams to improve security posture.
• Develop recovery models and incident response playbooks for compromise scenarios.
• Present technical security information to technical and non-technical audiences and maintain documentation.
