Qualifications

• Solid experience in operational technology, industrial automation, controls, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of OT architecture, industrial networks, and implementation best practices.
• Hands‑on client-facing experience in industrial environments.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify options, and implement practical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in OT/ICS environments.
• Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts, segmentation, and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of asset visibility, remote access, monitoring, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, review, implementation, and commissioning of OT engineering and architecture solutions across multiple concurrent client projects.
• Provide technical leadership on OT technologies, industrial networking, automation platforms, and cybersecurity practices.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, firewall, OS, virtualization, and other OT issues; support root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Evaluate technical options and develop BOMs for hardware and software.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for OT cybersecurity best practices and risk reduction.
• Support investigations, audits, modernization efforts, upgrades, and integration projects.
• Develop and maintain OT documentation and drawings, including network diagrams and firewall rules.
