Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Ocean View in Ocean View, NJ, to provide individualized evaluations and treatment in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.

You will examine how physical abilities, cognition, and activity tolerance affect residents' daily living performance and establish functional goals that reflect discharge needs. Collaborative care and timely documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and individualized treatment planning.
• Clear communication and timely documentation.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Complete thorough documentation and coordinate care strategies with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.

What You'll Do
