LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio. The role combines inpatient and pediatric care (50/50) with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The ideal candidate holds an ACOTE-accredited OT degree, an active Ohio OT license, and CPR certification. Expect a compensation of $38–$49 per hour plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year contract and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Experience in inpatient and pediatric settings.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
