Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio. The role spans inpatient and pediatric settings with a 50/50 split, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time 40 hrs.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating evidence-based plans, supervising COTAs and OT students, and ensuring compliance with standards and payer regulations. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 2-year contract.

Formación

• Active Ohio OT license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in inpatient and pediatric OT settings.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to maximize functional outcomes.
• Treat neonates to geriatrics across inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Comply with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support daily operations.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Ohio OT License

Current CPR certification
