A community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team. This full-time role offers a 50/50 split between pediatric and inpatient settings, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $38-$49/hour compensation plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing care plans, supervising OT students, and ensuring compliance with standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
