True North Consultants, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center. The role spans inpatient and pediatric settings, with a 50/50 split, and includes supervision of COTAs and OT students.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with a competitive hourly base and a $20,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 2-year contract.Ohio licensure and CPR are required for employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio OT with active license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions (50/50 inpatient/pediatrics).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure compliance with standards and payer regulations.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support daily operations and data collection in facility.
