Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio. You will work across inpatient and pediatric settings, delivering evidence-based OT plans of care and supervising OT staff and students.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, a compensation range of $38-$49 per hour plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Licensing and CPR requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards of practice.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
