Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in Ohio to join a community-focused rehabilitation center.

The role offers a 50/50 split between inpatient and pediatric settings, with Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours/week) in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate holds an ACOTE-accredited OT degree, an active Ohio license, and CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active Ohio OT license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work across inpatient and pediatric settings.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
