Flagstar Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise COTAs to deliver high-quality therapy in a SNF environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient progress documentation, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. We offer flexible employment options and ongoing support.

Qualifikationen

• Current NYS OT license and registration.
• EMR competence.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable).

Occupational Therapist (OT) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now Staffing Occupational Therapists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas.

Flagstar Rehab OTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Pay Rate: $46-$48 Hourly (W-2), $57-$60 Hourly (1099)

Occupational Therapist Job Duties:

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow.
• Supervise COTAs daily.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
