Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Medina, OH seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team delivering consistent, high-quality care with a flexible schedule. This role allows you to choose when you work while maintaining the same clinical standards as our full-time staff.

The position requires a Master7s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, NBCOT certification, and up to 1 year of experience; success comes from evaluating patients, developing personalized plans

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
