Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for PRN hours at Helia Healthcare of Olney in Olney, IL. Provide high-quality rehab on flexible schedules, maintaining our standard of care and patient-centered approach.

Role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, active state license, NBCOT certification, and typically 1 year of experience. Work with a supportive leadership team to deliver consistent, patient-focused care.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
