Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners in Medina, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide PRN coverage, maintaining our clinical standards and consistent patient care. You will join a leadership team of experienced therapists and choose your own daytime schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current Ohio OT license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
