Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its clinical team at Heritage Hall Leesburg, VA. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and contributing to improved functional independence while documenting progress.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, possess an active state license and NBCOT certification, and ideally have 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• OT degree required (MS/OTD).
• Active state OT license and NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans to improve functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
