Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a growing nationwide network. The role focuses on developing patient-centered treatment plans and promoting functional independence across facilities.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of OT experience preferred. The position is PRN at Cura of Watkins in Watkins, MN.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
