Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Cornell Health Services in Cornell, WI. You’ll deliver care with the same clinical standards as our full-time team and choose your schedule.

Requirements include Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current WI license with NBCOT, and 1 year of experience preferred. You’ll evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
