Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Monticello, MN seeks an Occupational Therapist PRN to support patient care across our Monticello facility. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team to optimize functional independence.

The role requires a Masters or Doctorate in OT, a current MN OT license, NBCOT certification, and the ability to educate families on equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
