Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Cincinnati is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Indianspring of Oakley. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence while documenting progress and adjusting plans based on outcomes.

We offer full-time daytime hours, a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, ESOP, life insurance and generous PTO. A $10,000 retention bonus is available to eligible therapists.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
