Continuum Therapy Partners in Lancaster, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, valid state license and NBCOT certification. Experience preferred; strong documentation and collaboration across facilities are essential to our patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
