Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing national network. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, and document progress to guide ongoing care.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state OT license, NBCOT certification, and ideally 1 year of prior experience. The position offers full-time daytime hours at Indianspring of Oakley in Cincinnati, OH, with a comprehensive
