Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our expanding national footprint. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans to promote functional independence, and document progress to guide ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT license in the state where you practice and NBCOT certification are required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
