Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with families to improve functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, is licensed in the state (NBCOT certified), and has 1 year of OT experience preferred. This PRN daytime position offers flexible scheduling at Arch Health & Rehab Center.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required


• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required


• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence


• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
