Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Massillon Health & Rehab Center in Massillon, OH. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve functional independence, with an emphasis on individualized treatment planning and family education.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current OT license, and NBCOT certification. PRN daytime schedule and opportunities to impact patient outcomes are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
