Job summary

Flagstar Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for skilled nursing facilities in NYC and surrounding areas. This role offers the choice of Direct Employment with our agency or becoming an Independent Contractor. Pay is $46-$48 hourly (W-2) or $57-$60 hourly (1099).

You will evaluate, plan, and supervise care for residents with varied conditions and docu ment progress with EMR software. We provide fully supported orientation, paid sick leave, optional insurance, commuter benefits,

• Proficient with EMR software and documentation.
• Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility.

Occupational Therapist (OT) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now Staffing Occupational Therapists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas.

Pay Rate: $46-$48 Hourly (W-2), $57-$60 Hourly (1099)

Occupational Therapist Job Duties:

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow.
• Supervise COTAs daily.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
