Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an OT NOC Administrator (Tier 1) to monitor and provide first-level support for critical OT environments. You will respond to alarms, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed.

In this role you will work with SCADA, PLCs, and HMIs, document incidents and resolutions, and collaborate with engineering teams. Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a NOC or operations center.
• Familiarity with OT systems: SCADA, PLCs, HMIs.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Strong TCP/IP, VLAN, routing and switching knowledge.
• Experience with incident monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT systems, infrastructure, and alerts.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Support OT environments including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs.
• Follow incident response and escalation procedures.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
• Assist with patching, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams.
