Qualifications

• Experience with ICS/OT environments and operational technology.
• Hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.
• OT cybersecurity principles, network zoning, and access control.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and share knowledge effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer service.
• Availability to work assigned swing or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 escalation support for INCS incidents and service requests.
• Act as senior technical resource on shift with decision-making authority.
• Troubleshoot complex industrial Ethernet networks and PLC/SCADA communications.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and system failures.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates under change management.
• Configure OT infrastructure including switches, firewalls, servers, and VMs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Mentor Level 1 specialists and share knowledge across the team.
• Contribute to OT cybersecurity initiatives and incident response.
• Manage Vertech's managed services platform and infrastructure.
