Job summary

GLWA is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Administrator to oversee, design, implement, and support OT components including DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and related networks. You will manage servers, historians, and controllers while coordinating with IT and OT teams to ensure integrated, secure infrastructure.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, security management, and ongoing maintenance across OT systems, with shift work and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years of OT/SCADA/Network experience and a relevant certification.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years OT/SCADA/Network experience and a relevant certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support GLWA’s OT infrastructure including DCS/SCADA/PLC systems.
• Administer DCS/PLC servers, historians, controllers, and related systems.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to align databases, apps, and infrastructure with standards.
• Plan capacity, security, data management, and performance across one or more systems.
• Participate in OT planning for hardware, software, and infra; pursue R&D for innovation.
• Maintain network infrastructure and security; perform installation, documentation, and maintenance.
• Review network/system designs against business and OT standards; implement upgrades.
• Handle after-hours on-call duties and occasional travel to GLWA sites.
