Job summary

Nokia seeks a senior leader to partner with factory operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT to modernize the OT environment, translate needs into roadmaps, and guide multi-year investments. This role requires strong cross-functional influence and accountability for critical infrastructure supporting 24/7 production.

You will define governance across on-prem, hybrid-cloud, and edge, manage budgets and vendors, and lead incident response for major disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in infrastructure, technology operations, or related field with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience leading infrastructure strategy, operations, or major transformation initiatives across boundaries.
• Strong OT architecture, reliability, cybersecurity, capacity planning, and business continuity knowledge.
• Experience integrating MES, factory apps, data platforms, and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead high-severity incident response to executives.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience with OT assets, network segmentation and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and related practices.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, edge computing, virtualization, IaC, backup, DR.

Responsibilities

• Define multiyear OT infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with production and cybersecurity.
• Own availability, resilience, performance, capacity, and lifecycle of critical infra for 24/7 ops.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, monitoring, thresholds, and executive reporting.
• Lead infra architecture across on-prem, hybrid-cloud, and edge environments.
• Partner with OT, MES, ERP, engineering, cybersecurity to meet requirements.
• Prioritize investments, tech debt, capacity, and risk; support budget planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors through design, implementation, and recovery.
• Govern vendors and MSPs with clear standards and escalation paths.
• Develop OT infrastructure standards, automation, and procedures.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments and mitigations balancing safety, security, and availability.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans tested and improved.
• Support audits and compliance with Nokia policies and standards.
