Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an IT/OT Operations Leader to drive end-to-end technology management for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will ensure IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently with resilience, enabling secure, compliant 24x7 operations.

The role emphasizes sharing best practices, leading critical projects, and advancing supply chain digital capabilities while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and graduating Spring/Summer 2027.
• Manufacturing IT experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT operations experience including incident management, organizational change, and problem management.
• IT infrastructure knowledge in network operations or application management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security programs.
• Strong leadership with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of digital technologies into the site's digital master plan and drive critical projects.
• Oversee site security strategy, risk mitigation, and defense-in-depth for ICS, network, endpoints, and apps.
