Job summary

ERMCO Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc. seeks an experienced OT Infrastructure Leader to drive the strategy and deployment of OT networks and smart manufacturing technologies across all facilities.

You will serve as the primary bridge between IT, manufacturing engineering, automation controls, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, reliable production operations, while overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and mentoring staff.
