Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Control System Engineering, or Computer Science or a comparable field and 5+ years of relevant experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted to satisfy the minimum qualifications.
• Experience leading OT governance, standards development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), including PLCs and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control platforms.
• Knowledge of manufacturing OT network architecture, industrial communication protocols, and infrastructure deployment.
• Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, risk management, and applicable industry frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA-88, and ISA-95).
• Experience developing and maintaining OT governance processes, including change management, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring OT systems to ensure performance, reliability, and operational continuity.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop instrumentation diagrams, network schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ability to travel 30%-50%
