Optomi is seeking an OT Systems Analyst to support critical grid operations and OT systems in a hybrid role based in St. Petersburg, FL.

The position focuses on maintaining operational health, reliability, and uptime of SCADA, ADMS, and related grid applications within a Distribution Control Center environment. You will collaborate with control center teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors to resolve complex issues, participate in upgrades, and drive system improvements while

Qualifications

• Experience in Utility Operational Technology environments.
• Hands-on support for critical OT/grid-control systems.
• Strong incident management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support SCADA & ADMS reliability and availability.
• Monitor system health and dashboards to pre-empt issues.
• Lead troubleshooting of production incidents to restore service.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, and vendors.
• Assist planning, testing, validation, and deployment of upgrades/releases.
• Act as OT SME for SCADA/ADMS architectures and integrations.
• Participate in storm prep, drills, and emergency restoration efforts.
