Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking an Engineer to support the design and maintenance of Distribution Management Systems (DMS), SCADA, and Outage Management Systems (OMS). This role involves working with operational technology platforms critical for monitoring the electrical grid. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a foundational knowledge of power systems and networking.

As part of a collaborative team, you will assist in troubleshooting, configuration, and data model maintenance, contributing to innovative energy solutions in a company recognized for its commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in power systems or operational technology preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial control systems.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration and maintenance of operational technology systems.
• Develop and maintain data models for power system applications.
• Collaborate on integrating GIS data into ADMS.
