Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Enterprise system implementation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical consulting and system integration for grid and OT platforms.
• Configure, test, and support deployment of grid management systems (SCADA, OMS, DMS, ADMS, DERMS).
• Implement and validate advanced distribution applications (power flow, state estimation, FLISR, VVO, DER integration).
• Analyze OT data and workflows to identify issues and support optimization.
• Perform system testing, commissioning and cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and project managers.
• Provide root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Support proposal and pursuit efforts with solution descriptions and scope inputs.
