Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide naturalistic OT for young children in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with ABA, speech, and psychology teams, and co-treat with speech therapy to support holistic development.

You will mentor RBTs, refine treatment plans, and partner with families to set goals and track progress in a thriving, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license to practice.
• Preference for 3+ years experience; open to new grads.
• Playful, engaging with young children.
• Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement naturalistic occupational therapy for young children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Develop interventions for gross motor, fine motor, feeding, and activities of daily living.
• Coordinate with ABA, speech, psychology; co-treat with speech therapy.
• Coach and mentor RBTs to translate OT goals into therapy.
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to families.
