Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate therapy for children ages 2–6, integrating OT goals with Soar’s ESDM-informed approach.

You will collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and families to develop coordinated treatment plans, monitor progress, and adapt plans based on data and clinical judgment. This role includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required or eligible for licensure
• Current OT license
• Experience with children preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children 2–6
• Address fine/gross motor, feeding, sensory needs, and ADLs
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists
• Integrate OT goals with ESDM-informed approach
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and strategies
• Coordinate with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce OT goals
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data and clinical judgment
