Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a network of interdisciplinary clinics serving children with autism. You'll deliver naturalistic, developmentally appropriate OT for ages 2-6 in a center-based early intervention setting.

You will collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs and psychologists, support feeding, sensory, and motor skills, and mentor RBTs. Base pay $86k-$103.5k with bonus up to $3,800 and opportunities for growth; schedule options include 4x10 or 5x8,

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication.
• Interest in collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver OT for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Develop interventions for fine/gross motor, feeding, sensory, daily living skills.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments with ABA, speech, psychology.
• Collaborate with SLPs and other clinicians; co-treatment when possible.
• Coach and mentor RBTs to reinforce goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and clinical judgment.
• Partner with families to set goals and communicate progress.
