Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a nationwide network of interdisciplinary clinics focused on early intervention for children with autism. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT services for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting, focusing on motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering a compensation range of $86,000 to $108,500 per year, with annual bonus potential up to $3,800 and

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver OT services for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Develop interventions to support fine motor, sensory needs, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians through coordinated care meetings.
