Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• License to practice occupational therapy is required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement occupational therapy for children ages 2‑6.
• Develop interventions for gross and fine motor skills.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coach RBTs in translating OT goals into therapy.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
• Partner with families to communicate progress and goals.
