Job summary

Soar Autism Center Inc. seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary practice expanding beyond ABA into broader care for children and families.

You will work independently, develop strong family relationships, collaborate with other professionals, and help shape the new OT program within the organization.

This role offers a meaningful voice in clinical processes, family programming, and service development, with opportunities for growth and professional training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with families and teams.
• Willingness to contribute to developing OT services within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, and self-regulation.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams.
• Collaborate with ABA professionals and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with families.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in program growth.
