Job summary

Napa Post Acute in Napa, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. This role offers a flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, or PRN options and pay ranging $65-$75 per hour DOE.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life. Applicants must hold a California OT license and have strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living skills
• Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment goals and care strategies
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards
